We would like to make it clear that EliteRidesnDrives is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any of the brands that may appear on our products and content. All items featured on our site are fan art and are not official merchandise. Any reference to third-party names, trademarks, or products is purely for the purpose of recognition, tribute, and creative expression.

Our intention is not to infringe on any intellectual property rights of these brands. We have deep respect for the work of the companies showcased, and our goal is to share our passion for moto and motorbike culture through our designs.

General Product SafetyRegulation

In compliance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), EliteRidesnDrives and SINDEN VENTURES LIMITED ensure that all consumer products offered are safe and meet EU standards. Other compliance information: Meets the flammability, lead, cadmium, bisphenols and phthalates level requirements.

Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We do not offer any refunds for buyers remorse or when the items are the incorrect sizes.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order.

Damaged during delivery: If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to eliteridendrives@gmail.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore EliteRidesnDrives reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
